THE BEST DECEIVER IN THE QURAN

According to Quran 66:2, Allah is All-Knowing (Al-Alim" (العليم))

The question is, if Allah is All-Knowing, why does he need to deceive?

In the Quran 3:54
And the disbelievers made a plan, but Allah also planned—and Allah is the best of planners.

وَمَكَرُوا۟ وَمَكَرَ ٱللَّهُ ۖ وَٱللَّهُ خَيْرُ ٱلْمَـٰكِرِينَ

The Quran translators have changed and replaced the word "Deceiver" with "Planners" to cover up their embarrassment.

Arabic word as given in Q3:54: ماكر
Arabic root: م ك ر

Meanings:
to deceive, delude, cheat, dupe, gull, double-cross
sly, cunning, wily, crafty, artful, guileful, crafty person, impostor, swindler, cunning, craftiness, slyness, double-dealing, deception, trickery.
