Allah taking an oath in the name of "ilah" The God.
Quran 3:18
شَهِدَ ٱللَّهُ أَنَّهُۥ لَآ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ وَٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ وَأُو۟لُوا۟ ٱلْعِلْمِ قَآئِمًۢا بِٱلْقِسْطِ ۚ لَآ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ
Allah bears witness that there is no God but He.The "He" wasn't referring to Allah, otherwise it would be "Me".
So, Allah is considered the God of the Gods in the Arab world.
