" إله " = ilah ==> God as in general.
" ٱللَّهُ " = al lah ==> (1) "Al" means "The", (2) "Lah" is the name.
Allah taking "shahada" an oath in the name of "ilah" The God. 
شَهِدَ ٱللَّهُ أَنَّهُۥ لَآ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ وَٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ وَأُو۟لُوا۟ ٱلْعِلْمِ قَآئِمًۢا بِٱلْقِسْطِ ۚ لَآ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ
Allah bears witness that there is no God but He.The "He" refers to ilah, not Al Lah; otherwise it would be "Me".
Also, Quran 70:40: Allah swore by the Lord.........

Allah is the God of the Gods in the Arab world.
The evidence has shown the clear differences between Al lah "ٱللَّهُ "and ilah "إله"
